Parameters: o  An array of length at least 3, with the coordinates of the left end point of the interval. d  An array of length at least 3, with the coordinates of the right end point of the interval. R  A radius to use for charts on the manifold. e  A place to return errors. Returns: An implicitly defined manifold.
