#include <MFAtlas.h>
An MFAtlas represents a manifold by way of a list of charts. Each chart represents a non-empty neighborhood on the manifold. The charts must all have the same domain (a k-dimensional Euclidean, and range (an n-dimensional Euclidean space). The dimension of the range is the dimension of the manifold and the dimension of the domain is the dimension of the manifold.
Incompletely computed manifolds are allowed, but in principle every point on the manifold should be contained in the image of at least one of the charts in the atlas. In addition, if two charts overlap, then all of the points in the overlap must map to the same point in the embedding space.
